Adams Rite 4510 Standard Duty Deadlatch
The Adams Rite 4510 Series Standard Duty Deadlatch offers flexibility of traffic control during and after business hours. Allowing two-way traffic with free entrance at certain hours of the day can be done easily by a reverse turn of the key while the bolt is held retracted which retains the bolt. Allowing exit only traffic at other times is also easily implementable. The 4510 Standard Duty Deadlatch is ideal for healthcare, financial institutions, retail and other applications. The deadlatch is easily interchangeable, without any modifications with any MS1850S deadlock of same backset and faceplate shape.
Adams Rite 4530 Standard Duty Deadlatch
The Adams Rite 4530 Standard Duty Deadlatch is similar to the 4510 Standard Duty Deadlatch, except that it is designed to retrofit into the prep of older MS1850 deadlocks and discontinued 4250 deadlatches.
Adams Rite 4900 Heavy Duty Deadlatch
The Adams Rite 4900 Heavy Duty Deadlatch has a key controlled bolt hold-back feature which allows for two-way traffic for applications which require free entrance at certain times and exit-only at other times. Thus visitors already in the building are free to exit a ‘locked’ entrance. The heavy duty deadlatch can be installed on doors having minimum thickness of 1-3/4″ [44.5mm]. This heavy duty deadlatch is interchangeable, without stile modification, with any MS1850S deadbolt of same backset and faceplate shape. The latch can also retrofit 4510 standard duty deadlatches and the discontinued 4700 deadlatch preparations.
Adams Rite 4920AN Heavy Duty Deadlatch (ANSI Size)
The Adams Rite 4920AN Heavy Duty Deadlatch is an ANSI sized deadlatch, similar in operation to the 4900 Heavy Duty Deadlatch, but is designed for use on wood or hollow metal doors. The 4920AN deadlatch replaces the 4520 and 4720 ANSI deadlatches.
Adams Rite 4300 Electrified Deadlatch
The Adams Rite 4300 Electrified Deadlatch is a non-handed, narrow backset, electrified deadlatch designed for easy integration with access control systems while working with standard narrow stile aluminium entrance door preparations. The latch is always operable from inside via handle or paddle device. Entry is via a keyed mortise cylinder or access control device such as keypad or card reader. The latch is interchangeable without stile modifications with the Adams Rite 4900 and 4500 Deadlatches.
Adams Rite 4781 Two-Point Deadlatch with Paddle
The Adams Rite 4781 Two-Point Deadlatch with Paddle is designed for paired out-swinging narrow stile doors, but is also suitable for single doors. The lock latches to header and threshold allowing both door leaves to remain active. This allows both door leaves to be active.
